We require at least 48 hours' notice for all bookings. For weekend and holiday dates we recommend as much notice as possible.
Booking and payment are currently arranged by email after we've confirmed availability. We'll send details once your quote is confirmed.
When hiring multiple items, the longest minimum hire period of the items selected applies. For example, if you hire a travel cot (3-night minimum) and a high chair (2-night minimum), the minimum is 3 nights.
Not currently. Car seats may be added to our range in future. Sign up or follow us on social media for updates.
Please let us know immediately. Normal wear and tear is expected and won't affect your deposit. Accidental damage or missing parts may result in a deduction from your deposit.
A refundable deposit applies per item and is capped at £150 per booking. Deposits are returned within 3–5 working days after collection and inspection of the equipment.
All items are thoroughly cleaned, disinfected and safety-checked between every hire. Travel cots are supplied with a clean mattress and fitted sheet.
We deliver across all London zones — homes, hotels, serviced apartments and short-stay accommodation. The delivery fee depends on your location and is included in your quote.
All equipment should be used within the manufacturer's age and weight guidelines. If you're unsure whether an item is suitable, please mention it in your notes and we'll advise.
